Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoStayo platform (gostayo.com) and related services operated by GoStayo ("we", "our", "us"). By using GoStayo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GoStayo is an AI-powered property management assistant for Airbnb hosts. Our service includes:

• Automated guest communication via WhatsApp.
• Cleaning coordination and task management.
• Issue tracking and host notifications.
• Property analytics dashboard with occupancy, revenue, and activity insights.
• Automated scheduled messages (check-in, checkout, post-stay).
• Daily morning briefings via WhatsApp.

2. Account Registration

To use GoStayo, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email, and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & Pricing

• GoStayo Pro is priced at ₹999 per month per property.
• Beta users receive the first 2 months free.
• Billing is monthly and will begin after the free trial period ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoStayo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to send spam, harassing, or misleading messages to guests.
• Provide false property information, house rules, or booking data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the GoStayo platform.
• Use the service in any way that violates Airbnb's terms of service or WhatsApp's usage policies.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. AI-Generated Responses

GoStayo uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to guest messages. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses are based on the house rules, booking data, and property information you provide. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.
• We are not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate AI-generated messages. You should review the AI's communication patterns and adjust your house rules if needed.
• GoStayo does not replace human judgment for emergencies, safety issues, or complex guest situations.

6. WhatsApp Integration

GoStayo sends messages via WhatsApp on your behalf. By using the service, you authorize us to send messages to your guests and cleaners from your connected WhatsApp number. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with WhatsApp's terms of service and applicable communication laws.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of GoStayo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The GoStayo platform, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by GoStayo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your property management needs during your subscription.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• WhatsApp API outages or rate limiting.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Third-party service disruptions (Airbnb, AI providers, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoStayo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.
